Instructions
Boil linguine until al dente; reserve pasta water.
Make Cajun spice blend and season chicken.
Sear chicken until golden; remove.
Sauté onions, garlic, and habanero; pour in cream and seasoning.
Simmer to reduce; add chicken, pasta, and tomatoes.
Toss to coat; stir in Parmesan and parsley.
Serve hot with garlic bread and a sprinkle of herbs
Notes
Adjust spice level as preferred. Add extra cream for a milder, silkier finish
