Prepare your glass: Fill a glass with ice cubes.
Add water: Pour in 8–16 ounces of filtered, ice-cold water.
Add lemon juice: Squeeze 1–2 tablespoons of fresh lemon juice into the glass, removing any seeds.
Add apple cider vinegar: Start with 1 teaspoon if you’re new to the taste, then stir well. Adjust to 1 tablespoon as desired.
Optional boosters: Sprinkle a pinch of cinnamon or a tiny dash of cayenne for metabolic support. Add ½ teaspoon of raw honey if you prefer a touch of sweetness.
Mix thoroughly: Stir until all ingredients are fully blended.
Enjoy: Drink cold, ideally first thing in the morning or before a meal.
Note: Apple cider vinegar can be strong. Start with a smaller amount and adjust gradually. Give your taste buds time to get used to it—it’s worth it!
