Ingredients

  • 8 –16 oz ice-cold filtered water
  • 1 –2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tsp–1 tbsp raw unfiltered apple cider vinegar
  • Pinch of cinnamon optional
  • Tiny dash of cayenne pepper optional
  • ½ tsp raw honey optional

Instructions

  • Prepare your glass: Fill a glass with ice cubes.
  • Add water: Pour in 8–16 ounces of filtered, ice-cold water.
  • Add lemon juice: Squeeze 1–2 tablespoons of fresh lemon juice into the glass, removing any seeds.
  • Add apple cider vinegar: Start with 1 teaspoon if you’re new to the taste, then stir well. Adjust to 1 tablespoon as desired.
  • Optional boosters: Sprinkle a pinch of cinnamon or a tiny dash of cayenne for metabolic support. Add ½ teaspoon of raw honey if you prefer a touch of sweetness.
  • Mix thoroughly: Stir until all ingredients are fully blended.
  • Enjoy: Drink cold, ideally first thing in the morning or before a meal.
  • Note: Apple cider vinegar can be strong. Start with a smaller amount and adjust gradually. Give your taste buds time to get used to it—it’s worth it!

Notes

  • Start with a smaller amount of apple cider vinegar if you’re new to it — the taste can be strong.
  • Always use fresh lemon juice and filtered water for best results.
  • For extra flavor, try adding fresh mint, cucumber slices, or a few drops of honey.
  • Drink it cold and fresh, ideally in the morning to help hydrate and boost your metabolism.
  • Avoid overusing vinegar — 1 tablespoon per serving is enough.
