- 1 –2 teaspoons honey optional; can use maple syrup or stevia
- 1 –2 slices fresh lemon optional; enhances freshness and flavor
- 1 small cinnamon stick optional; adds warming spice
Boil the Water – Pour 2 cups of water into a small saucepan and bring it to a gentle boil.
Add the Ginger and Cinnamon – Add the thinly sliced ginger and cinnamon stick to the boiling water.
