Ingredients

  • Raw apple cider vinegar with “the mother” 1 tablespoon
  • Fresh lemon juice Juice of ½ lemon
  • Chia seeds 1 teaspoon
  • Freshly grated ginger ½–1 teaspoon
  • Filtered water 8–12 ounces
  • Cinnamon or cayenne Pinch
  • Honey or stevia ½ teaspoon

Instructions

Combine vinegar and lemon juice

  • In a large glass, pour 1 tablespoon of raw apple cider vinegar (with “the mother”) and the juice of ½ a fresh lemon.

Add filtered water

  • Pour in 8–12 ounces of filtered water (room temperature or cold). Stir until the mixture is uniform.

Incorporate chia seeds

  • Sprinkle 1 teaspoon of chia seeds and stir thoroughly. Let the mixture sit for 10–15 minutes to allow the seeds to swell.

Add fresh ginger

  • Shred ½–1 teaspoon of fresh ginger directly into the drink. Stir well to distribute evenly.

Optional flavor enhancements

  • Add a pinch of cinnamon or cayenne for a metabolism boost, or sweeten with ½ teaspoon honey or stevia. Stir again.

Serve and enjoy

  • Drink this Zepbound beverage before meals to help curb appetite, boost digestion, and support weight loss.
  • 🍋 Pro Tip: Drinking this 15–20 minutes before your main meal can help control hunger and support digestion naturally.

Notes

  • Use raw ACV with “the mother” for best digestive and metabolic benefits.
  • Adjust the lemon juice to your taste if you prefer a milder or sharper flavor.
  • Let the chia seeds sit for 10–15 minutes so they can swell and create a more satisfying texture.
  • Fresh ginger works best, but you can use powdered ginger if you don’t have fresh—use just a pinch.
  • Add sweetener only if needed, as the drink is naturally tangy.
  • Enjoy before meals to help with appetite control and bloating support.
  • Mix well before drinking, especially if the chia seeds have settled at the bottom.
  • For a stronger detox effect, increase the ginger slightly (if your stomach tolerates it).
  • Use cold filtered water for a refreshing version, or room-temperature water for easier digestion.
  • Avoid metal containers if possible; ACV can react slightly—use glass for best results.
