Ingredients

  • 1 can 300 ml sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/4 cup 60 g melted butter
  • 1 1/2 cups 135 g shredded coconut
  • 1 1/2 cups 150 g graham cracker crumbs
  • 1 tsp 5 ml vanilla extract
  • 1 1/2 cups 270 g chocolate chips
  • Optional: pinch of salt
  • Optional: cocoa powder for rolling

Instructions

Step 1 β€” Mix Butter, Sweetened Condensed Milk & Vanilla

  • Melt the butter and combine it with sweetened condensed milk and vanilla extract in a large mixing bowl. Stir until smooth and creamy, releasing the sweet, buttery aroma.

Step 2 β€” Fold in Graham Crumbs, Coconut, & Chocolate Chips

  • Add graham cracker crumbs, shredded coconut, and chocolate chips. Gently fold to ensure all ingredients are evenly incorporated, forming a dense, chewy mixture.

Step 3 β€” Chill Until Firm

  • Refrigerate for at least 1 hour. The mixture should feel firm enough to handle but still pliable.

Step 4 β€” Scoop & Roll Into 1ΒΌ-Inch Balls

  • Use a cookie scoop to portion, then roll gently between your palms. Aim for small, bite-sized balls for the perfect rich bite.

Step 5 β€” Roll in Graham Crumbs / Coconut / Cocoa

  • Coat each ball in extra graham cracker crumbs, shredded coconut, or cocoa powder. This adds texture, flavor, and a professional finish.

Step 6 β€” Final Chill & Serving

  • Return to fridge for another 15–20 minutes to firm up. Serve chilled on a platter, in mini cups, or packed as gifts.

Notes

  • Storage: Keep chilled in an airtight container for up to 7 days, or freeze for up to 2 months.
  • Texture Tip: For a softer bite, reduce coconut slightly or add 1 tbsp more condensed milk.
  • Flavor Boost: Mix in a pinch of sea salt or use toasted coconut for extra depth.
