- Ground beef 2 lbs
- Cream of mushroom soup roasted garlic flavor 2 cans
- Velveeta cheese Mexican style recommended 1 block
- Pasta shells 1 lb cooked and drained
- Fresh parsley optional garnish As needed
Brown ground beef in a skillet until no pink remains, breaking it into crumbles. Drain extra fat.
Cook pasta shells in salted boiling water until al dente, then drain.
Return the beef to the skillet and stir in the cream of mushroom soup.
Cut Velveeta into cubes and add to the skillet. Stir until fully melted and creamy.
Add the drained pasta shells and fold everything together.
Let it simmer on low for 5 minutes so the flavors blend.
Finish with parsley on top and bring it to the table while still hot.
